The TSC is the highest decision-making body for all technical and strategic matters in Clawland. TSC members are elected from Core Maintainers based on sustained contributions and technical leadership.

TSC Responsibilities

  • Set technical direction and roadmap priorities
  • Approve/reject RFCs (Request for Comments) for major changes
  • Nominate and vote on new Core Maintainers
  • Resolve technical disputes between contributors
  • Oversee revenue sharing distribution
  • Review quarterly financial reports

Significant changes require a formal Request for Comments (RFC). This ensures community input on important decisions.

Draft RFC

Author creates an RFC document following the template. Submit as a PR to the .github repository.

Discussion Period (14 days)

Community discusses on the PR. Author addresses feedback and updates the RFC accordingly.

TSC Vote

After the discussion period, TSC members vote. Standard decisions need >50%, major decisions need β‰₯2/3.

Implementation

Approved RFCs are assigned to contributors. The RFC author may implement it themselves for maximum contribution points.
